In the ancient homeland of wine, Kakheti, Georgia, lies the village of Akura, where the vineyards of “Akureli” stretch over 140 hectares, blending centuries-old traditions with modern winemaking.

Crafted from 70% Saperavi grapes, “Akureli” also includes Rkatsiteli, Kakhetian Green, Kisi, and Khikhvi, while a new section introduces Alexandrouli, Mujuretuli, and Shavkapito.

The sunny, fertile soil nurtures French varieties like Syrah, Chardonnay, and Merlot. In 2015, new vineyards were planted, and by 2015, “Akureli” was born — transforming a family secret into an international success.
